ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Important Notes and Submission Guidelines for Abstracts
Abstracts must be submitted online via the abstract submission system on the website, in ENGLISH or TURKISH. Abstracts sent via email or post will not be accepted. Since submitted abstracts will be published as accepted, authors must carefully check for spelling and formatting errors.
The presenting author MUST be registered by August 28, 2026. Abstracts of unregistered authors will not be included in the abstract book.

Formatting Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted via the online system.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Names should be written in lowercase, with only the first letter capitalized.
- Authors’ institutional names and addresses must be clearly stated.
- Only the first letter of the title should be capitalized (except abbreviations).
- Abbreviations must be defined in parentheses when first used.
- The objective and methods should be briefly stated; results should include sufficient numerical detail, and conclusions should be clearly presented.
- Abstracts must be structured under: Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- The abstract text must not exceed 300 words (excluding title and author information).
- Abstracts should be submitted as Poster or Oral Presentation, and the appropriate category must be selected.
- Abstracts must be in text format and may include ONLY one table and one figure.
Abstracts not complying with these rules will not be evaluated.
Points to Consider
- First-time users should register via the “New User” link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions carefully after registration.
- Since abstracts will be published as submitted, check for errors.
- Keep confirmation emails after submission.
- The evaluation process can be tracked via the system using your email and password.
Evaluation of Abstracts
Abstracts will be evaluated online by the Abstract Review Committee, with author names and institutions kept confidential. To be evaluated, the presenting author must complete registration by August 28, 2026. Results will be sent to all authors.
Oral Presentation Information
Accepted oral presentations can be prepared using any electronic presentation software.
Presentation duration will be specified in acceptance letters.
If an accepted abstract is not presented at the scheduled time, it will be removed from the abstract book.
